Interns:  Looking for young, energetic people in the earliest stages of their professional careers.  Technical, Administrative and Performance internships are available. We believe all theatre professionals should know all aspects of your craft and know the value of hard work. All intern positions must be able to handle the stress of a summer stock schedule and enjoy being a part of Theatre By The Sea's first full season in four years under new management, celebrating 75 years of theatre at this beautiful and historic 503 seat Barn Theatre. All performance interns must arrange to be at one of our auditions. All Technical and Administrative interns must submit a request for consideration in writing and if needed, be scheduled for an interview. All intern positions will receive a small weekly stipend, housing may be provided, vehicle recommended.
